    Aww, I watched the deer video and I think if I were in the same position as you, I would also film them! :P It’s a rare sight indeed and I love how they just seemed so calm even with a camera pointed towards them. Some animals would just run XD

    I agree with what you said about people ranting on social media about their family. Actually, I have lots of Facebook friends who do that. Well, some of them don’t really post negative stuff about their family, but they do post about their friends or significant other. I just don’t get it and I agree, it just makes you seem like an ungrateful or ill-mannered person. I mean, sure, there will always be issues, but if you’re really upset then why don’t you tell the person involved instead of broadcasting your problems for the whole world to see?

      … or worse, jump over the railing and attack you LOL. (probably that will happen if it were a bear or mountain lion)

      We were surprised that they didn’t walk away when we came out of the patio, cameras and all. My dad made a joke that when the deer stares at you like that, it’s more of like “I don’t know you and I don’t like you, so get the hell out of our home turf.” LOL. But yes, probably the best highlight of this 3-day vacation that I would never forget.

      I’m actually working on the October “At Home” linkup entry already, and I’ll be uploading a few of my best photos (I have like some 400 of them LOL) in there too (including the deer). Speaking of vacation, my family and I are going out in the wilderness again in November, except there will be water this time LOL.

      Regarding people and social media. I don’t want to judge, but it seems like they use their dilemmas with their family (and sometimes friends) just to gain attention and (unnecessary) family. I remember when I used to get into those Pinoy love teams and teleseryes fandom, where random people from the Philippines (most of them teens LOL) started adding me on their Facebook and requesting to be friends too, but when I look at their Facebook profiles, it’s unnecessary drama, not even about their family or friends, but about their love team fandoms. Been there, done that LOL.

    Welcome back!

    Sounds like you had a nice time! Deer! We get them a lot by us. Used to have a fox that wandered around too. It can be interesting watching animals like that.

      We have no deer in our hills at home LOL.

      We get occasional mountain lions and snakes instead. In fact, when I was in high school, my dad caught a grass snake sneaking around his crops. He used a long stick and slung the snake off the fence (back then there was nothing but barren soil behind our house LOL). He could’ve called animal control instead and my mom was freaking out too. Memories LOL.

    Sorry for the super-mega-late reply, I was taking a break from the graphical community. ^^;;;;;

    I saw your comment about the bishounens; sorry but, as the rules say, only anime/manga characters can be claimed.

      Not a video game fan huh? lol. I gave up on anime/manga years ago. I just don’t have time to read/watch them anymore.
