I’m still currently hiding in Eos. I already finished the game’s main story, but the road trip and other adventures throughout this new road trip still continue on.
If you have been following my Facebook, the majority of my wall mentioned the progress of my FFXV game. As of this writing, I have collected about 91% of the trophies, and possibly there will be more trophies to win when the DLCs1 start to launch next year.2 Now that I mentioned, I would like to greet everyone a Happy New Year 2017.
What a journey it has been! Well, it’s not much of a journey when the majority of it consisted of me studying more online classes to boost up my web development skills, in addition to prepping myself for a new job, which I do plan to look in 2017.3 And then, when FFXV came out on PS4, and that I finally had the chance of playing it when my brother moved back home along with his PS4, I was happy, ecstatic, and regardless of my bleh thoughts on the ending of the main story, I’m still happy that I got it. It was well worth the money4 and I couldn’t stop getting into sidequests and more sidequests and more bounty hunts than I can count. I am currently on level 75 right now.
I’ll eventually come back to continue preparing for my huge job search for a remote (full-time) long-term permanent job, but for now, I am currently on vacation in Eos with my four royal homeboys.
My sister and her boyfriend from L.A. arrived for a visit for their 10-day vacation up here in the Bay Area. We had a dinner party on Christmas Day.5 The next day (I’m off on Mondays), sis, Mom, and me went to watch La La Land in the movies. She picked up her boyfriend from the airport that same afternoon. And once again, I went on continuing to travel around Eos. The week ended with my sis and her guy traveling to Bass Lake for the last few days of the new year and then going back to L.A. from there. We began doing some cleanup of the house again in preparation for the new year, and here I am writing this entry.
I do plan on writing fanfics based in FFXV, and as much as “Shakesperean” the ending may be,6 the mood of the story was way too “cheerful” to end up being so dark in the end. Well, anyway, let’s just see what happens from this if I write it out. But for now, I’m still on my holiday trip in Eos and will be writing again when I finally get the opportunity.
Happy New Year to all, everyone! 2016 was… eh… but let’s all hope we’ll have a better year in 2017.7
